Every file has YAML frontmatter declaring type, id, domain, title, status, tags, and context. The context field is a list of cross-document references in {type}/{id} format (e.g. feature/add-bookmark) — it is the only frontmatter field that uses qualified references. All other fields use unqualified ids.
